MY FIRST PARTIAL REFLECTION

In this first parcial I didn't get what I expected, I've got a low score at the exam and  I didn't do all the assignments, which affects me.

I know that I learned to have ready all my activities, so I won't make more mistakes like I did before.

What should I change?

I should change so many things, the first one is do all my assignments, classworks and of course be in class everyday. Besides I need to learn more vocabulary  and get a better score next parcial.

MI COURSE EXPECTATION (CORRECTION)

In this course I want lo learn a lot, especially everything to pass BULATS exam. Therfore others objetives I have is to speak and write english without mistakes. However, to achieve my goals in this course I need to do all the activities, assignments and the most important is to pay attention in class, so I don't get lost. Furthermore I need to work hard by my own learning more vocabulary. 

Second partial writing exam

The motivation level that it's assesses depends on their academic history. Its good to have conversations in the staff and know what they feel and think about everything around the company. A good idea its to tell them positive ideas, they completely change their minds and work a lot better, 

The reasons to current levels are du to the good development from everyone at the company. If the company has more good things for them, then the staff will still continue working this way.. 

To improve motivation for them, the company has to give more bonus, for example, the company can give extra bonus  or maybe can give to them extra free time to rest during the week, or it the ceo considere to aument their salary will be a great idea. definitely the staff will hae the same or better result.

Subject: Letter to yourself

Im writting to you to let you know why you got a low grade, you didn’t think the assigments closed the day it says, in the other hand you thought you could upload everything until Friday. Consequently you missed 4 questions in the exam this way you didn’t get extra points, thats affected you a lot.

The way i will get ready por the final exam is that are going to study everyday, im gonna do more excersises taking time of what i do, this way i think i will be more ready that day and wont get any surprise. Something you liked is when the teacher showed you the way to speak more at the exam, i think if you try it again will help a lot!.

Otherwise you will get all extra points is by doing all the activities everyday!!!  You need to be carefull with the dates and not making the same mistakes. This is the last chance you have to pass the course, you need to give everything and dont give up, i know you are disappointed because you feel you try everything and didn’t get what you expect, and worst because you are about to fail the course, but you need to learn this, don’t give up.

week 9

In this chart line we can see two big differences, the first one is that from april to may the value of the euro against the dollar bottomed to about 1.20 and the second one is from july to september the value rocketed to about 1.70 after that month it droppeded again, at least not as low as july.

Although we had this dramatic ups and downs, at the begining the value fluctuateded the first three months.

We can noticed something about the value, it levelled off two times in this then moths, both march to about 1.40 and june to about 1.39.

In conlclusion there is always gonna be changes in the value of dollar against the dollar, sometimes really up or sometimes really down, it less time when the value levell off, we saw it in the chart.

This line chart is about the value of euro, we can see so many changes in the next ten months and differents values from about 1.00 to 1.80 maxim.

1ST PARTIAL WRITING EXAM

Im writting to you to confirme the booking, i understand that aproximatly fifty people will attend that date. I will require a coffe break and breakfast, for the coffe break i would like  to have cookies, orange juice and some desserts, for break fast it wil be great if we have two diffent options, wich we can includ eggs or waffles accompanied with orange juice and sweet bread.

W9 ACTIVITIES REFLECTION

 1.-Altough that the activities i did it at home, i learned new things, i understand the listenings more than often. 

 2 The audio was a problem due to when i was trying to hear the teacher lost communication, consequently i get lost a little bit.

3.- I learned to be ready if the teacher wanted to ask me something, therefore i was trying to put attention all the class

4.-In this week i found out that i need to reforce the reading part, consequently i learned to calm down and read slow this way i wont make mistakes like before.
5.- Besides, when you take classes online it's easier not pay attention and you could forget it.

LISTENING & WRITING ACTIVITY

1.-I needed to learn more vocabulary to describe charts. Besides it will be helpful to read more often.

2.- its easy when you learn 3 different words for each situation, if it's up, down. Therefore you won't forget to use this words when you need to describe a chart.

3.- its important to write down first and then rewriting in a new paper. Also this way i won't make mistakes like i used to do.

4.- I've learned that is easy when you have a chart with a lot of lines. Also in this way you can give more information. 

5.- I like to describe charts, it's not as hard as i thought, Besides i have to study more and try to describe it in a minute.

BULATS QUIZZES 1&2

I think i should read slow, also this way i can get more right answers. Besides i should learn more collocations this way i will answer correctly.
I´ve learned that is way easier when you know more vocabulary, i saw the difference with the second quiz. Therefore the easiest part is when you have to choose if its false or true about a reading. However if i read more then i will know mor vocabulary and i wont make mistakes, comparising of the two quizzes.

This is me

My name is Maria Elena Bonilla Morales, im 25 years old and im studing civil enginering.My boyfriend and  I won a contest between twenty companies and now i have a cafeteria in prepa Tec, thats was one of the best experiencies that i had from the ITESM. 

i am  in a relationship since  five years and the best gift that my boyfriend gave me is a dog called "Jagger" its a belgian shepherd.
